Personal Resume: ●From August 2011 to May 2019, I worked in the H800 and above asynchronous group, responsible for the design of large AC asynchronous motors and served as a design engineer; ●From May 2019 to now, I have been working in the wind power Group, responsible for the design of wind power products, coordinating and arranging staff in the group, and serving as the design supervisor of the wind power group.

Excellence, the pursuit of perfection

Technical leader, extremely high requirements, artisan spirit, work is very "hard"...... It was the unanimous assessment of his colleagues. Whenever he heard this, he always said very modestly: "I just do every little thing that can be done well." In fact, Wang Songbin, who is not good at words, led his team and made unremitting efforts to achieve impressive results: In 20221 alone, he has designed and developed 18 new products for the wind power industry, of which 7.35MW-4P 1140V 1735.5rpm direct-cooled doubly-fed wind turbine is the largest volume supply capacity of our company at present; 5.25MW-4P 10500V 1700rpm air-cooled doubly-fed wind turbine is the first medium-voltage doubly-fed wind turbine designed and manufactured by our company. Even as early as 2018, he independently undertook the whole process work from selection to design in an international project, and designed the 10380KW winding motor with the largest capacity of our company at that time.

▲Foreign customer projects - our motor driven mill In the face of the requirements of market cost reduction and efficiency increase, Wang Songbin will strive for perfection to the extreme: He adheres to the attitude of regular review and continuous thinking, and carries out weight reduction design for steel structural parts (such as frame) to reduce design costs; The slip-ring chamber is designed separately to reduce the difficulty of after-sale operation and maintenance. The oil throwing structure of rolling bearing is improved to effectively reduce bearing temperature, reduce bearing failure rate and reduce after-sales cost; For the products already in operation, the design is continuously optimized according to the test and operation data to provide comprehensive reference design experience for the subsequent new product design.

Have the courage to take responsibility and set an example for the team

Wang Songbin will not relax due to the completion of the delivery of the product, in his words, "the product to pass the quality of their own hearts, must be confirmed by the quality assurance department many times, the product field performance has reached the design standard." Based on this spirit of ingenuity, he often appeared in the quality assurance department and became a "design engineer living in the after-sales team", communicating with relevant personnel and tracking customer feedback. Efforts pay off, in his initiative to "find faults", found one by one to improve product technology, cost optimization opportunities, in the rolling bearing oil structure, optimization of ventilation, transportation protection and other aspects have achieved important results.

After 11 years of deep cultivation in the motor industry, he always has a strong sense of crisis for knowledge, even if he has designed many products with typical significance, in self-evaluation, Wang Songbin always modestly said that "technical ability needs to be improved." After working as a design supervisor in the technology department, the high-achieving student added management courses to her daily study schedule. The delivery time of new wind power projects is urgent, the design cycle is short, and several projects are often multi-threaded. In the team management work, the habit of lifelong learning helps him quickly clarify the work ideas and improve management efficiency. He used his professional knowledge to constantly empower the team and improve the team''''s business ability.
